Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. The costs for return (shipments) are for own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Form revocation
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
We can not take back electronic parts. Are you unsure whether you have chosen the right product please contact us!

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for this [email protected]. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself. "
I have submitted a wrong delivery address!
Accidentally passed a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 14:00, we try to ship the next day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Products on Backorder usually come from the European warehouse, which we have the next day in house. If the product has to be shipped from the factory in Japan this can take 7-14 days.
Delivery is made via DHL's postman or package deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery.
