Reflection period/return

Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount. The costs of return shipments are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

The moment the assembly has gone further than necessary, depreciation may be charged.

Product exchange?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact [email protected]. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.”

I gave the wrong delivery address!

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Delivery

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 will be dispatched the next day. However, we do not always manage to do this, sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Products on Backorder usually come from the European warehouse, we will have them the next day. If the product has to come from the factory in Japan, it can take 7-14 working days.

Delivery is made via DHL's postman or parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
